How is platinum grey different from silver or light grey?

Platinum grey is the palest of our greys, with a slight sheen to the fabric that catches the light. Light grey is a touch darker and flatter in finish, while charcoal is several shades deeper. If your room is north-facing or short on natural light, platinum is the shade that lifts it most.

Does a light grey sofa mark easily?

Less than cream, more than charcoal. Most platinum grey models use a woven fabric that hides light dust well; spot-clean spills quickly and vacuum weekly to keep the finish even.
