    As sofas are large and bulky items, return collection charges may apply.

    If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product, the customer is responsible for the return collection cost.

    If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will arrange a suitable solution, which may include repair, replacement, collection, or refund at no additional return cost to you.

    Assembly and upstairs delivery charges are separate driver service charges and are not standard product charges.

    If delivery fails because no one is available, the address is incorrect, access is restricted, or the sofa does not fit through your entrance, hallway, staircase, or lift, additional delivery or return charges may apply.

    Delivery Time

    For in-stock items, our estimated delivery time is usually 2–5 working days.

    Next-day delivery may be available on selected in-stock items, depending on your postcode, product availability, and delivery schedule. Please contact us before placing your order if you need urgent or next-day delivery.

    Our sales team will normally contact you one day before delivery to confirm your delivery date and availability. The delivery driver will also call you approximately 1 hour before arrival.

    Delivery Cost

    We offer free standard delivery on all orders to eligible delivery areas.

    There are no hidden standard shipping charges at checkout for eligible delivery postcodes.

    Delivery Areas

    We currently deliver to many areas across:

    England, Wales, and Scotland

    However, due to courier limitations and distance, we are unable to deliver to some remote locations and certain postcode areas.

    Areas We Cannot Deliver To

    Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following areas:

    Scottish Highlands and certain remote UK areas, including postcodes beginning with:

    IV, KW, TR, PL, DT, TQ, EX, PH, PA10–PA34

    We also do not currently deliver to:

    Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, and UK offshore islands

    If your postcode is in a remote or restricted delivery area, we may contact you after your order is placed. If delivery is not available to your address, your order may be cancelled and refunded in full.

    Delivery Service

    Our standard delivery service is to your doorstep or ground-floor entrance.

    Please make sure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the sofa will fit through doors, hallways, staircases, lifts, and into the room before ordering.

    Upstairs Delivery & Assembly Service

    If you live in a flat or need the sofa taken upstairs, please contact us before delivery so we can check availability.

    Extra charges may apply for upstairs delivery or assembly. These charges are paid directly to the delivery driver because they are driver service charges, not standard company delivery charges.

    Typical charges are:

    Flat / ground floor assembly: £20
    Second floor: £30
    Third floor: £40
    If a working lift is available: usually £20–£30 depending on the service required
    Sofa Assembly Charges: £30

    Assembly service and upstairs delivery are subject to driver availability, access conditions, and the size/weight of the sofa.

    Before delivery, please make sure:

    The sofa will fit through your door, hallway, staircase, or lift.
    The delivery address is correct.
    Someone is available to receive the delivery.
    Any parking or access restrictions are shared with us before delivery.
    You inform us in advance if you require upstairs delivery or assembly.

    Are your frames guaranteed, and if so far how long?

    we provide a one-year warranty that covers all framework and recliner mechanisms. Your delivery note serves as your official proof of purchase and warranty document, so please keep it for your records. Please note that this guarantee does not cover leather damage, stitching issues, or general wear and tear. To keep your furniture in top condition and protect your warranty.

    What happen if i don’t like my goods when it arrives?

    We really hope this does not happen, but if this unfortunately the case, Please Note check your goods before signing the delivery note and if you unhappy with your items please return back with the same delivery team.
